GKS Roller Design: Gripping Teeth Rollers Have Grit

Designed to be long-lasting, GKS Rollers are the result of years of testing and development. The rollers are designed with advanced gripping teeth, which place a tight and secure hold onto the core of the roller. Unlike other models without gripping teeth, the incorporation of the gripping teeth bonds the lining of the core to the roller so that the roller will be reliable, even under the heaviest weights. Our rollers come in three different coatings created to provide users with options for a variety of floor types, weights, and heat conditions. Our rollers are designed to protect both your items and flooring, so they are built to take the heat and stand up to the pressure. Each of these coatings, Polyamide, Polyurethane, and Stainless Steel, is created to solve a specific problem.

Different Roller Coatings for Different Needs

Our standard rollers are coated in Polyamide, a coating that is light and efficient for easy everyday use. The Polyamide coating is specifically built for tough loads and specializes in being non-marking to minimize the damage to flooring during transportation. If you have sensitive or delicate flooring, we recommend the Polyurethane coating. Polyurethane is our most gentle coating. It is best for floors that are more susceptible to scratching or damage, or just for those who want to be extra cautious. For the most intense and heavy moves, we recommend our durable Stainless Steel coating. The Stainless Steel coating is tough and is intended for moves that take place on heavily contaminated floors and in extreme heat applications.

Whatever the task, you’ll be able to find a roller that fits the requirements. The Alperfekt Standard and Alperfekt Premium both come with the durable polyamide lining, to carry heavy weights as well as being non-marking. For sensitive flooring, Alperfekt PUR is created with a red exterior to stand out among standard models. Lastly, the Alperfekt Premium G is a white roller to be easily recognized for having the largest weight capacity.

At GKS, our rollers have been continuously improved and tested under ISO 1900 regulations in order to ensure the best quality product and performance. We have more than 40 years of experience serving a variety of businesses in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse industries.
