L6 Transport Machine Skate

Moving heavy loads through small spaces and sharp corners can be challenging without the right equipment. The GKS L6 Transport machine skate serves as part of a flexible, three-point moving system, allowing for easy maneuvering through workshops and warehouses.

The L6 Transport skate can support up to 13,200 lbs (6 metric tons) and features a swivel top and tow eye, allowing for safe front steering support of load-moving systems. This skate can be used in combination with F-skates, Rotating RL Machine Skates or steerable Tandem TL Skates to carry up to 26,400 lbs (12 metric tons). With a 4.3” / 110 mm loading height, the L6 dolly can be used interchangeably with the GKS F3, F9, F12 and F18 skates, and the RL2 or RL4 rotating skates. A nickel-plated version is also available for use in food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industry clean rooms.

GKS Transport machine skates sit low to the ground, providing a safe, low center of gravity and low head clearance. Our three-point skate system is made not to slip out from heavy loads, even under pulling and tugging forces. Like all GKS skates, the L6 Transport skate features rollers that do not mark floors, while still providing low rolling resistance and high stability.

This skate has been put to work in a number of industrial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities and has been tested before delivery to meet our high standards of quality and performance. All GKS products come with a five-year limited warranty.
