The GKS ROBOT 40 Lift Battery Powered Machine Skate is a remote-operated transport system designed to safely move loads up to 88,000 lbs. (40 metric tons). Unlike other models in the ROBOT series, the ROBOT 40 Lift features an integrated lifting table that provides 40mm (1.5”) of lift with a 20 metric ton lifting capacity. This allows the system to drive underneath a properly positioned load, lift it using the onboard lifting cylinder, and transport it without additional lifting equipment. With the right setup, one ROBOT 40 Lift system can be shared between multiple loads and workstations for increased flexibility and efficiency.
Powered by lithium ion battery technology, the ROBOT 40 Lift operates without external power sources, eliminating hoses and cords from the transport path for improved safety. The system also features simultaneous steering and driving, remote-controlled operation, exchangeable battery packs, and a low loading height of 9.8” (250 mm), making it an efficient solution for autonomous heavy-load transport applications.
