Transport Machine Skates
GKS F/L transport skates are our most commonly used heavy-duty dollies for a wide range of applications. These machine skates offer a classic 3-point moving system, which is ideal for hassle-free moving of heavy loads. With a lower ground clearance and low loading height, our machine skates require less lifting which means more time moving and faster rigging. They also offer excellent resistance to slipping. These machine skates also offer excellent maneuverability on uneven floors in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other locations. These are all reasons why GKS transport machine skates can improve the overall safety of your job and performance. The load capacity of a GKS transport machine skates ranges from 3 to 300 tons, depending on the model you choose.
Your GKS transport machine skates is part of a customizable two-part load moving system. You can choose from a selection of F-skate, or rear skates, all of which feature an adjustable expansion bar to distribute weight and accommodate heavy loads of varying widths. Your F-skate will pair with an L-skate to push, pull, and steer the load. Our L-skates are made with a swivel top and tow eye for safer steering. You can also pair two F-skates together if you only need forward and backward movement. F-skates can also be paired with our rotating RL machine skates or our steerable tandem TL skates.
Industrial Tandem Skates
GKS tandem skates are ideal if you need to transport machinery, frame structures, and other bulky loads, including loads with legs. Tandem skates provide the four-point moving system you need to ensure proper support and stability when moving heavy loads. Load capacity for GKS tandem skates ranges from 6 to 100 tons. Tandem TL skates also offer two points of contact instead of one. A tandem skates in the front pairs perfectly with an F-skate in the rear. Tandem skates can also be paired with RL skate or a second tandem skate.
Container Dollies
GKS container dollies are built to transport ISO and intermodal containers much better—and more safely—than two forklifts can. Our container dollies use carefully engineered cones that fit inside the four feet of an intermodal container to lock it securely in place for a secure move across a variety of surfaces. A GKS container dolly is paired with either another container dolly or a tandem dolly with 4-point moving support. Our container mover machines are made with non-slip surfaces and scuff-free rollers and offer load capacities from 6 to 40 tons.
360 Degree Rotating Machine Skates
Make the most out of small spaces with GKS rotating machine skates. Our rotating machine skates are made with special bearings to offer a 360-degree swivel. These machine skates are designed for maximum maneuverability on any floor. They can make tight turns and move easily through small spaces without loss of stability, and operators can steer from either the front or the back. You can create a 3- or 4-point moving solution by combining rotating RL machine skates to match the weight distribution, total capacity, and stability you need. You can also combine a rotating RL skate with an F-skate, an L-skate, or a tandem TL skate. Our 360-degree rotating RL skates are made with scuff-free rollers with low resistance and a non-slip grip, so you can move heavy loads without damaging floor surfaces. Load capacities for our rotating RL skates range from one to 12 tons.
